(No 4th Thursday meetings in November or December, nor on holidays). We speak on local issues and work together as one for the benefit of the community. Join the Douglasville Police Department and the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office as we come together with our community to make it a safer and more caring place to live. Take the opportunity to ask questions and get to know your neighbors and local law enforcement. We will have hot dogs, hamburgers, kids activities, giveaway items, touch a truck, music, and more! Join your local law enforcement for a night of food, fun, and partnership!

The “How I Got Over” Lockdown Collection is a currently significant exhibit displaying the inner overcoming of artists during quarantine. As we begin to see light at the end of the Covid-19 tunnel, a group of artists delve into the deep conversations happening now. Included will be artwork by artists Joseph McKinney, Vernita Hardy, Tiffany Charesse, Ren Dillard, Crystal Jin Kim, and Sean Mulkey. The show will run August 5-25 with a reception on August 5, 5-7 pm, hosted by Hudson’s Hickory House.
